2003 was the year I truly fell in love with the road. That was me — young, curious, and wide-eyed — chasing sunsets, boarding buses with strangers who became friends, and learning how travel could change not only my view of the world… but also of myself. It wasn’t always glamorous. It was backpacks, long walks, and stories scribbled in notebooks. But those days built the foundation of Manado Getaways — a dream born from real moments, real people, and real places that touched my heart. Looking back, I smile — because that same passion still drives everything we do today.
